For the cost of breakfast, you have hired the entire group to work as your sales force!
To get the most out of your new sales force, there are several things you need to do and focus on:
• Attend the Wednesday morning meetings.
• The more members that see you and get to know you, the more comfortable they will feel about referring you business.
• Identify referrals for other members.
When you call a member and pass on a lead, you have shown the person that you are an active member of their sales force. They will actively begin to look for leads for you!
• Call each member and introduce yourself.
The Wednesday meetings are extremely helpful and important, but you won't be able to meet or talk with everyone right away.
Use the member information provided to you on this website to contact 3 to 5 members a day. Ask them about their businesses and about the type of prospects they're looking for. Then tell them about you and what you are looking for.
The more your sales force knows about you and your business, the easier it is for them to find clients for you.
You need to view networking as part of your marketing plan. Marketing efforts take time to show results. Follow the three simple steps mentioned and the referrals will come.
